Mohd Fiqri leads Miri clean sweep

Leading the way was Mohamad Fiqri Mohamad Yusof who won the overall champion title after he scored a total of 2,274 pinfalls over ten games to collect RM2,000 and the champion’s trophy.
He picked up another RM1,000 for topping the 180 and below division.
The runner-up was Hazwan Hasni who felled 2,253 pins to collect RM1,200 and a trophy while the third placing Adri Shahri Santosoh scored 2,212 pins to receive RM800 and a trophy.
Hazman and Adri, who also finished second and third in the 180 and below, collected RM700 and RM500 respectively.
Fourth in this division was Mohd Uzair Irsyad Noorazrul who received RM300 and fifth placed Mohd Ridhwan got RM200.
Sixth to 16th placings were occupied by Nadine Kong, Khairunisa, Ervin Lim, Nurul Adilah Junaidi, Awangku Syairazi, Yapp Teck Chung, Peter Ho, Fatin Nur Ashikin, Farzana Ibrahim, Abu Khaledi Asyaari and Razif.
The champion of the 181 and above division was Isaac Russell Paul who won RM1,000 while runner-up Christopher Tiong received RM700 and third-placed winner Mohd Syafiq collected RM500.
Fourth and fifth in this division were Chong Jun Foo and Daniel Tan who received RM300 and RM200 respectively.
Jun Foo also won the Youth Division and collected RM200 while Tan was second to collect RM100 while Mohd Syafiq finished third to receive RM80.
The sixth to 16th placing in the 181 and above were Mohd Syazwan, Jonathan Ding Sagan, Jacqueline Jenelee Sijore, Norhazaidi, Jeremy Jerome Jonathan, Eddie Tan, Hipeni Saridi, Azril Fahkree Khainih, Simon Ong, Caroline Chien and Mohd Aizat. They all received RM100 each.
The Ladies division was won by Jacqueline Jenelee Sijore who pocketed RM200, followed by Dayang Khairunisa Dhiyana Abg Jamalliddon in second place and third was Nurafidza.
Dayang Khairunisa went home with RM100 and Nurafidza RM80.
The top qualifiers were Chong Jun Foo and Daniel Tan who shared the prize money of RM250. Third was Mohd Syafiq who picked up RM50.
Two perfect games were scored in this championship with Chong Jun Foo receiving another RM1,000 for achieving the first perfect game while Mohd Syazwan Sajeli scored the second perfect game to receive a Brunswick ball.
