A.B.A.S. newly elected office bearers and general committee members for 2011 to 2012 term will sit down together for the first time since the AGM about 2 weeks ago for discussions and brain-storming of ideas and activities.
Much will be discussed such as the 2011 Calender of Events, forming of Organising Committee for SportExcel Sarawak Leg 2011, Sarawak Closed 2011, the Interstate 2011 Team, exposure trips for the Malaysian National Championships 2011, Astro-Canon Malaysian International Open 2011, 25th Asian Intercity Championship in Singapore, recruitment and association promotion drive throughout Sarawak.
The meeting is scheduled at 7.30pm and with the amount of matters to discuss, it'll sure be a long night for the voluntary and committed members of the committee. Recognizing the expected long hours, A.B.A.S. President, Mr. Sunny Si Poh Heng in appreciation of the efforts from the committee members has fixed the venue to be at Sarawak Club with a dinner to start before the getting down to the nitty gritty of the meeting and all this UNDER HIS OWN PERSONAL EXPENSE!!!
We will furnish as much info, decisions and mandate from the meeting as soon as we can.
